United Risk Solutions, Inc. was founded by several seasoned executives. Their bios are below. Jackie K. Anderberg, CIC
President/Executive Director
For executives, risk managers, and owners of closely held businesses and other clients requiring assistance with insurance and risk management issues, Jackie Anderberg brings a wealth of experience. For more than 20 years, she has earned a reputation for protecting clients, corporations and assets through negotiating comprehensive insurance and risk management placements.
Prior to acquiring United Risk Solutions, Jackie worked with one of the worlds largest global broking and risk management firms, then went on to become the Vice President and Executive Director for KPD Insurance, opening their southern Oregon office. Since that time, Jackie has grown the operation from zero to over $50,000,000 in written premium with a 98% retention year after year. Under the banner of United Risk Solutions, Jackie has brought together some of the brightest minds in the insurance business.
Jackie was an honors student at Idaho State University. She holds the designation of Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC) and is a licensed Consultant in the State of Oregon, as well as in 25 other states. She is a member of the Independent Insurance Association and a past officer. Long active in community affairs, she is on the National Board of Sparrow Clubs.
Cindi L. Jayubo, CIC, CRM
Workers' Compensation/Employee Benefits Consultant
Cindi is a native of Oregon and attended the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. She was a varsity gymnast and has always loved competing. Cindi specializes in Workers' Compensation and Employee Benefits. With over 23 years of insurance experience including 13 years with SAIF Corporation, Oregon's leading Workers' Compensation insurance company. While at SAIF, she served as the Regional Operations Director for the entire Southern Region of the State. With her years at SAIF, she developed a keen insight into loss prevention and claims resolution.
A background in claims allows for insight, coaching and action planning with clients. In addition, she is very close to her Certified Risk Manager designation and has been responsible for both loss control and return-to-work functions. An understanding of the underwriting processes is incorporated into all client action plans to obtain the best rates and plan designs possible.
In addition to her expertise in Workers' Compensation health and safety knowledge, she is health- and life- licensed. The natural fit of Workers' Compensation and Employee Benefits allows her to be a broad resource for clients looking for a true expert.
Les R. Cracraft
Employee Benefits Consultant
Mr. Cracraft has a very impressive background and specializes in Employee Benefits. Les served as Regional Director and Sales Manager for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon for 18 years. In that capacity Les was responsible for Sales, Account Management, Customer Service and Community Relations. In addition to his Sales and Account Management responsibilities, Les provided Regence management with assistance in Provider relations.
Les currently serves on the Board of Directors for Southern Oregon University Foundation, Asante Health Systems Foundation, Southern Oregon Public Television, and Living Opportunities as well as previously serving as president of Medford Rogue Rotary.
